As per the posting, you will need to upgrade to Satellite 6.3.5 if you don’t want to move to Satellite 6.4 but want to run your Satellite instance on RHEL 7.6. Running on RHEL 7.6 will provide the latest O/S security errata and bugfixes and is therefore highly recommended. Already running Satellite 6.3.3 on RHEL 7.5? The Satellite upgrade can be managed with the ‘foreman-maintain’ script and the Capsule with the usual yum and satellite-installer commands. There’s one thing to be aware of if you’ve been maintaining a Satellite instance since 6.0.x or 6.1.x.

Roadmap
Satellite 6.3 should continue to be supported until approximately September 2019 according to the official Red Hat Satellite Product Life Cycle so we may see one or two more point releases between now and then. Satellite 6.4 is available now and Satellite 6.5 is slated for Spring 2019.
